Our client is a service company that does excellent distribution. An opportunity exists to join us as a Local Project Coordinator in our Distribution Center based in Willebroek. This position reports to the Operations Manager of the site.The Local Project Coordinator will provide broad support to all aspects of our Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) project business. The LPC’s primary responsibility is to take control and manage projects from the onset of the “win” through execution. This involves extensive communication with all departments connected to the project team (Program Development, Project Implementation, Sales/Customer, Inventory Management, and Operations) and coordination of activities to meet the customer’s requirements.This job requires strong project management skills and technical ability with a hands on approach to control the project processes from beginning to end in a fast-paced environment with priorities constantly changing. The daily tasks consist of but not exclusively:• Data racks and cabinets assembly • IP configuration on cameras with cameras housing • Cameras assembly • Patch cords labelling • Kitting/packing • Quality control

• Extensive PC skills • Knowledge of assembly techniques and tooling requirements • Conceptualisation of parts and processes • Ability to understand and adapt technical drawings • Focus on delivering a quality product • Strong Customer Service perspective • Excellent verbal skills for communication and presentations at all levels • Detail-oriented with strong written documentation skills • Adept at problem-solving • Flexibility with multi-tasking as you will work on multiple projects simultaneously • Proven leadership, communication and teaching skills • Fluent English is a must
